When contacting support, include the email address used for your DocuCue account and a brief description of the issue. Do not email passwords, card numbers or other sensitive authentication information.

Billing & cancellation

Payment methods, invoices and subscription cancellation are handled securely through Stripe when a paid subscription is connected.

Privacy requests

Use the same support email for privacy, account access, correction or deletion requests.
