What documents can I track?+
DocuCue is designed for employee and contractor training certificates, qualifications, licences and other expiring compliance records. You can create the certificate name that fits your business.
Can I correct AI-extracted information?+
Yes. AI extraction is assistive, not final. You review the fields and can edit them before saving the certificate record.
How do expiry reminders work?+
DocuCue creates reminder events from your configured reminder window and sends email reminders for active workspaces before documents expire.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Plans are monthly. You can cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges.
